The BDC is located at 900 West Main in downtown Oklahoma City, just a few blocks from I-40. The facility contains approximately 240,000 square feet. FJE currently occupies approximately 84,000 square feet leaving 156,000 square feet available for BDC clients. Parking is available for clients as well as conference rooms and a cafeteria space. Warehouse facilities in El Paso, Memphis, New Orleans, Atlanta, Louisville, and Orlando are also available for product distribution. The facility is insured for damage and accidents. Clients will be responsible for insuring their contents in the facility, as well as securing other business insurance coverage, including liability and workers' compensation.

Basic rent prices include basic utilities (gas, electric, water)*, receptionist, security, janitor, meeting rooms, restrooms, cafeteria (tea, coffee, cups, plates, plasticware), vending machines/microwave, the services of a BDC Champion, quarterly consultation meetings with BDC managerial staff, access to fax machine, access to copier, local phone service, notary public, and mail service.

*High utility usage endeavors will be metered separately and will be the responsibility of the client.
